What Shipping Options Do You Offer?
Mainland UK:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – FREE on all orders. (Delivery Aim 2-3 Working Days)

Standard Shipping (DPD Next Working Day) – £4.50 (FREE on orders over £60).
Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day.
Mainland UK orders placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday should usually arrive the next working day via DPD Local; however, in some cases, delivery may take 2-3 days.
If an order is returned to us due to DPD being unable to deliver for any reason (other than package damage), your order will be refunded, and you will need to place it again. This is because we currently pay £8.50 per package for this service, meaning multiple resends are not a possibility.
EU:

Royal Mail Tracked (5-7 working days Minimum) – £10
This is not a guaranteed timeframe. Customs clearance can cause additional delays beyond our control and this process can take days to weeks in some cases.
USA (Orders Under 1kg Only):

Royal Mail International Tracked (7-10 working days) – £20
This is not a guaranteed timeframe. During holiday periods, bank holidays, or due to customs clearance, delivery may take longer. If your parcel takes longer than expected, please be patient, as delays with Royal Mail and customs processing are not uncommon.
Royal Mail states: "We cannot accept a claim for loss unless at least 20 working days (for Europe) or 25 working days (for the rest of the world) have passed since the item was due to be delivered." If this waiting period has expired and you have still not received your order, you may contact us for further assistance.
Tracking details for Royal Mail International Tracked shipments are available upon request. Once the item has left the UK, you can track it on the relevant postal authority’s website.
International Orders & Customs: International orders aim to be delivered at roughly 5-7 days but are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Customs processing can take multiple days or even weeks, and unfortunately, there is nothing we or the postal services can do to speed up this process.
International customers should be prepared to pay import tax and wait a potentially long time for customs clearance.
If an item is rejected by customs or returned due to an inability to be delivered, we will issue a refund only once we receive the product back in our store.
Customer Responsibilities:

It is your responsibility to ensure that what you order is legal to import into your country.
We are not responsible for confiscated goods and are under no obligation to refund or replace orders seized by customs. -
If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we are not obligated to issue a refund once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before placing an order. If an error occurs on our end, we will gladly issue a refund.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Returns Due to Damage: If your product arrives damaged, we will require pictures of the damage and the original shipping packaging. If you return the product for an exchange we will refund your return postage costs upon receiving a postage receipt from you. This is not possible if you return it for a refund as we are unable to refund an amount higher than the original postage cost.

Returns Due to Customer Error or Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to ordering the wrong product or changing your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
